I haven't been to a game in Wise in three or four years, so I don't really remember anything about their PA guy. But there are bad ones everywhere.

Honaker, Thomas Walker and Twin Springs come to mind. Honaker and TW were the worst I've heard this season. Thankfully both's PA systems were pretty bad.

At the CW/JJK game after Meade got hurt and they finally scored he kept yelling "WOO!" into the microphone for what felt like 10 minutes. Every 5-6 seconds he'd do it. He sounded like a 12 year old girl on nitrous and helium.

Maybe Ric Flair stepped into the booth?

One of the worst comments I heard from him came at the beginning of "garbage time." He says loudly, "A lot of clean jerseys in for Kelly." That's demeaning to the visiting team. Every time I go to a game there I go with the intention that I'm going to overlook it and enjoy the game. But it never fails. A minute or so into the game and my blood pressure is sky high.

Sullivan North played a freshman game there last year and he was yelling at the Kelly players for not tackling North running backs and was telling them what plays to run. The Lee guy nevers shuts up. The PA guy at Elizabethton is bad too, Gate City has the best everyone should come take lessons from Dennis Fritz.

I agree with what everyone has said....annoying and disrespectful...

I actually don't mind that too bad. It's annoying but not that bad. I loved last week after they got their first first down by way of a Clintwood penalty he orgasmicly screamed "ANOTHER FIRST DOWN FOR YOUR JJ KELLY INDIANS!!!!". Dope.

I'm from Wise and I agree with everything that's being said. He's definitely the worst announcer EVER!! It's hard to go watch a game because of him trying to give play-by-play. It's terrible.
